Corra

How it works

From schedule event to settled outcome, in five steps

  1. 01

    Your schedule speaks

Corra watches your care system for the moments that matter: a visit approaching unconfirmed, a clock-in that didn't happen, a shift with nobody on it. No spreadsheets to upload, no second calendar to maintain.

  2. 02

    Corra decides

For each event she chooses the outreach — a confirmation call, a clock-in text, a simultaneous shift offer — checks consent and quiet hours first, and records the decision she's about to make before she makes it.

  3. 03

    The phone rings (politely)

Caregivers get a short call or text from your agency's own local number, in Corra's voice, on your agency's behalf. One press or one reply is all she asks for. Quiet hours are enforced by the platform — outreach that can't go out now waits its turn.

  4. 04

    Replies become outcomes

Press 1 → the visit is confirmed on the record. “Forgot to clock in, was there at 9” → a time correction, written back. “Can't make it” → an escalation your scheduler sees immediately. Confident replies resolve automatically; ambiguous ones go to your team with full context.

  5. 05

    Everything on the ledger

Every call, text, keypress, decision, and escalation is written to an append-only audit trail — what Corra saw, what she did, and why. When someone asks “did anyone confirm that visit?”, the answer is one lookup, not one shrug.

The guardrails are not optional extras

Humans own the judgment calls

Corra acts alone only above a confidence threshold you control. Everything else is escalated, never guessed.

The platform enforces the rules

Quiet hours, opt-outs, and consent are enforced in the communications layer itself — Corra couldn't break them if she tried.

Minimal data by design

The calling platform stores phone numbers and opaque IDs, not care plans or diagnoses. Sensitive context stays in your care system.

Idempotent to its bones

Duplicate webhooks, out-of-order events, vendor retries — the plumbing assumes chaos and stays consistent anyway.

Going live

Corra starts with the safest work — visit confirmations, where a wrong answer costs nothing and a right one saves a morning — and expands to timekeeping and shift-filling as your team gains confidence in her judgment. Local numbers are provisioned and registered for your agency, your care system is connected through an adapter, and the first calls go out within days.
