Pricing questions

When does billing actually start?: Not until Corra has confirmed her first 20 visits for your agency. Go-live, number provisioning, and her first weeks of real work cost you nothing — if she doesn't earn the seat, you never get a bill.
What counts as a “weekly billable hour”?: The hours your agency bills to clients in a week — the same number you already track in your care system. We size your tier on a trailing 60-day average, so one busy week never bumps you up, and a slow month is reflected at your next renewal.
Are calls and texts really included?: Yes. The included volumes are guardrails against abuse, not a revenue lever — they're set well above normal operations and sized to absorb holiday and summer surges without pushing you into a higher tier. If you somehow exceed them, overage is $0.15 per call and $0.01 per text — and we'll flag it with you before it ever shows up on a bill.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?: No setup fee, no implementation charge, month-to-month, cancel anytime. Corra earns her seat every month or she doesn't keep it. Early-access pricing is locked for your first 12 months, even as you grow into a bigger tier.
How does this compare to alternatives?: Our standard price is at or below what incumbents in this space charge after their best discount — and our overage rates are lower too. We're the newcomer; you shouldn't have to negotiate to get a fair number, and early agencies shape the roadmap.
